As a people leader in the customer service industry, I'm very aware of how important listening is. Never realized fully how important my smile is when listening to others until I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy and the left side of my face was left completely paralyzed. Lost my smile. I'm very grateful to have healed from the paralysis and to have my smile back. Now I smile more when listening to others. It makes people feel more comfortable, less like they are being judged, more cared about, and more heard. BTW, bought my Elantra from you guys and I love it and was very happy with the Excellent 10 customer service experience.
